Consultant Chris Head is a Principal Associate with Socitm Insight. He authored the recent report on Web 2.0, and led the recent revision of Socitm's Planning for ICT guidance. Chris is a Visiting Fellow in the Operations and Information faculty of Henley Business School at the University of Reading, and an Honorary member of the Computing, Information Systems and Mathematics Faculty at Kingston University. Chris has 26 years’ local authority experience, gained in Education, Social Services and ICT functions.
