Mark Wheatley has commissioned and presented several public and in-house ICT strategy courses and workshops for Socitm in recent years.
Mark has 35 years experience in ICT including 24 years with local authorities. He spent 12 years as Head of IT for a large unitary council where he introduced and refined the approach to strategic planning for ICT.
Mark is also a former President of Socitm.
