Tutor
Chris Goodrich is an experienced senior manager and practising consultant specialising in strategy development, the management of large scale change, Service Management, linking ICT to business needs and gaining maximum advantage from its use. His experience spans the private, public and independent sectors – with a particular focus on Registered Social Landlords and Local Government. Chris has been a Board Member with a number of Registered Social Landlords, including a spell as a Housing Corporation Special Appointee.
Pre-Event Activities
In order to get the most out of the event, delegates will be asked to complete a short questionnaire in advance about their learning requirements.
Post-Event Activities
Issues raised and learning points will be summarised, made anonymous and made available via an online forum after the event. The forum will also support ongoing discussions and shared learning.
