Christine Westlake

With over 35 years in ICT, Christine is highly experienced in ICT strategic planning, review and management for both public and private sector organisations, including 14 years as Head of ICT in local government. She has expertise in overall ICT management, including strategy development, infrastructure and systems procurement and implementation, Best Value, risk management and business continuity. An experienced PRINCE2 Project Manager, her consultancy work focuses on strategic and service reviews, change management and facilitation, training needs analysis and quality assessment. She has worked in mainland Europe and has extensive experience in implementing multi-sourced, multi-client projects.
